We also provide additional sleeping arrangements. The common area has a futon sofa that easily converts into a bed along with a bean bag chair that can also be transformed into a comfortable bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests.

Additionally, the property offers an outdoor shower and foot rinse near the back door, perfect for washing off sand or refreshing after a hot day in the sun.

The Florida room, is a fully air-conditioned oasis by the river. Unwind on the cozy Futon sofa or transform the bean bag chairs into beds for extra sleeping space. Dry your bathing suits on the conveniently placed towel rack and embark on an adventure with the clear paddle boards in the adjoining wet room.
